The client selected Shanghai’s ICE 36RF resonance-free hydraulic vibratory hammer to install 1-meter-diameter, 15-meter-long interlocking steel pipe piles as deep foundation pit support.
Sheet pile casing combi wall retaining walls offer high lateral strength. Interlocked casing wall are driven and extracted by ICE vibratory hammer. The steel can be reused making this a fully circular as well as economical solution for deep excavation construction projects. The steel tube diaphragm wall allows for excavation of up to 10m without the use of struts and in many instances substitutes concrete diaphragm walls.
The client innovatively combined an excavator arm with a rotating platform, integrated with the BELL 150 pump and sand suction head, creating a high-efficiency dredging system.
