ICE is a renowned brand of foundation equipment such as vibratory piling hammers, power packs, and piling rigs, manufactured by the Dieseko Group in The Netherlands. Shanghai ICE is a direct sales office servicing end users in China, and also supports a dealer network across Greater China, ensuring our Chinese speaking end-users receive premium access to our foundation products and services. Our equipment is sold from stock or available for rental.

Our mission is to introduce deep foundation methods that reduce environmental impact, increase working efficiency and help our clients run a profitable enterprise by breaking the spiral of price competition. Our success is guaranteed by challenging the market to achieve these three goals with advanced technology and high reliability of ICE products.

 

Our clients are leading State-Owned Enterprises, large private enterprises, and medium sized enterprises who buy or rent ICE piling equipment. Our markets are foundations for infrastructure, real estate development, harbours, belt and road projects and offshore (for oil, gas and wind). ICE is a well established and well-liked brand with wide product offering in moderate competition with other market players. Our product offering addresses current foundation concerns such as disturbance, emissions, and pollution offering clean alternatives for urban construction. The brand has received recognition from government, design institutes and developers. We have an installed base of 150 machines all over China and over 100 rental clients. Our portfolio is in the early stages of a growth market. With our current product portfolio we have an ambitious goal to double our revenue in the next three years.

 

ICE China is now hiring exceptional self-driven and entrepreneurial individuals for the role of Senior Sales Manager to generate a significant uplift in profitable sales.


Main Responsibilities

Exploring and develop markets and regions for new business, therewith generating increased demand for our equipment and by challenging clients to change their status quo with the “Challenger sales method”. The candidate should have curiosity for application opportunities and be self-driven to explore regions and markets for growth. The candidate shall be pro-active in business development and closing orders.


Job requirements

·       Network and sales track record in foundation equipment sales

·       Affinity with foundation construction equipment

·       Exploring opportunities in existing and new markets and region within mainland China

·       Sales and rental responsibility, to be achieved through direct sales

·       The sales manager has sales visit and turnover targets

·       Develop key accounts and strategic cooperation

·       The job will require regular travelling across China

·       Minimum work experience in sales: 8 years

·       Fluent in written & spoken English

·      Currently living in Shanghai

·       Ability to positively inspire and motivate colleagues in reaching ambitious sales goals. E.g. by sharing success stories, sales methods or by sharing market and  network information.

·       Excellent presentation, communication and inter-personal skills

·       Independent pro-active working style and problem-solving skills

·       Hard working, no-nonsense and positive attitudeOrganized and willing to work systematically with CRM tools
