This video was part of a proof of concept test we did for Shanghai Highway invest. In order to help the client determine which hammer models will be most suitable for their future needs we trucked in 3 types of hammers: 20RF 815C 1412C for the driving of a 63m long 550m diameter pile welded together from four 15m sections.The 20RF resonance free hammer drove the casing 37m without disturbing the environment. The 815C was used to drive the pile to 60m depth at this depth a hard clay layer (N-47) was encountered and the 1412C was brought in to drive the final 3 meters.
